In this role, you will:

Lead the quality department, ensuring establishment and maintenance compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and customer-specific requirements.

Oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality control, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits (ISO/IATF/FDA as applicable) including unplanned audit and inspection.

Develop, review and revise QMS documentation, procedures, and KPIs.

Coordinate and follow up the CAPA, Customer Complaints, Audits, Change Control, Risk Management with relevant stakeholders to ensure all matters are solved properly and in accordance with requirements, verify improvement actions and evidence.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to support NPI and product validation.

Lead and coach the quality team, driving a culture of quality throughout the factory.
What we expect of you:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in a quality leadership role in quality management in a manufacturing environment, electronics, or EMS industry is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of PCBA, IPC standards, SMT processes, and quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 5 Whys).

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and customer audit expectations.

Experience handling FDA or regulatory inspections is a strong plus.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, English – minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
