Product Engineer

In this position, you will: 

• Introduce new products to production, ensuring good arrangement for production. 

• Make sure that all products are manufacturable by meeting cost, timing, and quality targets. 

• Act as a key coordinator between departments and clients, addressing production matters and ensuring effective collaboration. 

• Drive, propose changes for improvement, increasing productivity and quality over time. 

• Oversee production documentation updates and prepare necessary files for smooth production. 

• Apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes. 

• Guide, inspire, and empower a team of professionals to achieve success. 

What we expect from you: 

• 3-5 years of experience as a product engineer or product manager experience in electronics manufacturing. 

• Demonstrated abilities in project management, communication, and presentation skills. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across diverse international teams.  

• Commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes and results. 

• Analytical skills to identify and address bottlenecks in manufacturing processes would be beneficial. 

• Knowledge of industry-specific standards (automotive, medical, military) would be beneficial. 

• Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, proficiency in English (four skills).
