HEAD OF WARRANTY SERVICE DEPARTMENT • TLT ELECTRONICS

We are currently inviting a Head of Warranty Service Department to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Candidates will work in HCM office temporarily until January 2026. Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory.

Report line: Production Manager | Manufacturing Division

In this position, you will:

• Organize and coordinate product repair processes during both the production phase and warranty period;
• Ensure efficient analysis and resolution of defects in unfinished production and returned products;
• Lead the repair team: plan workloads, assign tasks, and support employee development;
• Analyze recurring defects, initiate preventive actions, and collaborate with quality and engineering departments;
• Ensure that all repair activities comply with company quality and technological standards;
• Prepare repair reports, analyze performance indicators, and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and optimization of department operations.

What we expect from you:

• Higher technical/engineering education (electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar);
• At least 02 years of leadership experience in repair or technical support (preferably in the electronics sector);
• Good command of English (spoken and written);
• Ability to analyze root causes of failures, propose and implement solutions;
• Advantage: experience in warranty service (RMA, warranty) or work in an international organization.
