In this position, you will:

 

  • Researching and analyzing market trends to identify potential clients and regions for expansion.
  • Identifying and developing relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with new clients through daily contacting, cold calling, preparing presentations, frequent visits and business case analysis.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contract fulfillment to achieve assigned sales goals

attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent TLT-PCB and its services with solutions

  • Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

 

What we expect from you:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development with industrial clients (experience in contract manufacturing or services field is an advantage)
  • proven track record of large sales achievements with deals worth 100k Eur and more
  • strong negotiation skills (for Contract negotiations)
  • competence and willingness to travel for business (meet new prospects, present company, and negotiate the contracts)
  • English language skills at a C1 level or higher, and other language would be advantage (French or Italian or German).
  • exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize effectively

Salary


We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 20 Eur/h up to

25 Eur/h  (3360 Eur - 4200 Eur) pre-tax with the option to get substantial bonuses according to your results.

  • In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
