We are currently inviting a Project Manager to join our growing team and work with ODM projects, including test bench development, product design, and delivery of other ODM-related services, in our manufacturing and R&D environment in Vilnius and Molėtai.

In this position, you will:
- Create clear project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Coordinate the full project lifecycle – from customer requirements to production start.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Manage additional tasks and scope changes as projects evolve.
- Work closely with mechanical, electronics, and software engineering teams.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Oversee compliance with technical and quality requirements.
- Initiate reviews, testing phases, and corrective actions.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
What we expect from you:
- Proven experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
- Ability to work with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday, or similar).
- Experience in identifying and managing project risks.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Salary
Recognizing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from €20/hour - €25/hour (€ 3 360 – 4 200 per month) before taxes, depending on your experience and competence.
