Accountant

Currently, Teltonika is looking for an Accountant to join our office in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will:

• Manage company finances, including expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and payroll.
• Prepare regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, yearly).
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and account reconciliations.
• Create financial documents (Balance Sheets, Trial Balances, Ledgers).
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile vendor statements and holdback accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage corporate credit card reconciliations and wire transfers.
• Ensure timely vendor payments, including cheque processing and distribution.
• Maintain communication with vendors and creditors to address inquiries and requirements.
• Handle full-cycle payroll for salaried, commission, and contract employees.
• Calculate and remit government payments and reconcile accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, manage deposits, and prepare financial statements.
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What we expect of you:

• 1+ years of Accounting/Payroll experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Technologically savvy and forward thinking, with an interest in improving efficiencies through automation and technology
