ENTERPRISE SALES EXECUTIVE
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our ambitious Jakarta team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with enterprise clients across industries such as logistics, transportation, agriculture, and construction.
Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices designed to enhance fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and other industries. By utilizing the latest technologies, we consistently set new standards in the telematics space.

In this role, you will:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new enterprise clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting to negotiation, to closing high-value B2B deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare and present tailored commercial offers to meet client needs.
- Attend local and international exhibitions or meetings to represent Teltonika and its telematics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to deliver effective, client-centric solutions.
What we expect of you:
- A results-driven individual contributor with at least 4 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales.
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) as it is the primary language of business.
- A true hunter — confident in generating leads and opening doors in new accounts.
- Experienced with CRM systems and organized in managing pipelines.
- A well-organized, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
