We are looking for a Sales Group Manager (FRANCE) to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Vilnius and Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and lead a sales team.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, teach, and maintain your own sales team.
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization.
  • Guide, support and help in all sales process until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Help the Regional Sales Director and other assigned tasks.

What we expect of you:

  • Proven B2B sales experience of at least 2 years.
  • Leadership, excellent time management skills, team-oriented mindset with critical thinking.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges, result-focused personality and a track record that reflects it.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Team leading experience is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~3340 Eur—3840 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
