INFORMATION MANAGER • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for an Information Manager to strengthen our administration team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with versatile tasks and in an amazing friendly team making work not only interesting but also pleasant process.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare all kinds of documentation – internal and external, inclusive, but not limited to informative letters, orders, internal and external contracts
• Manage documentation related to internal facilities and equipment such as phones, rented cars and similar
• Manage requests received through internal request platform
• Assist in organizing business trips

What we expect of you:

• Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be used in daily work life

• Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality
• Good communication skills as well as ability to analyse received information and take decisions within the limits of your role
• Ability to work with a large amount of incoming information
• Clerical skills
• Desire to grow and develop professionally
• Driving skills and licence for category B

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~2080 Eur—2427 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
