IT ADMINISTRATOR • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

Our IT Administration team is looking for a new IT Administrator to ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of all IT systems across the organization.

Our IT Administators are responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, managing system configurations, providing technical support, and implementing best practices for security and data integrity. With a proactive approach and deep technical expertise, the team enables our business to operate efficiently and reliably in a fast-paced digital environment.

In this role, you will:

• Perform regular maintenance and diagnostics of the internal network, servers, and workstations.
• Provide IT support and consultations to employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• IT inventory Management.
• Occasionally drive to our Vilnius office to provide on-site IT support and assist other departments with technical needs.
• Participate in IT projects from planning to execution.
• Maintain, configure, and improve Microsoft Office 365, ManageEngine, and Windows Active Directory.
• Create system backups and implement automation.
• Order new hardware/software as needed.

What we expect from you:

• Education in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in implementing and administering information systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of computer networks, servers, and workstations.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server environments.
• Understanding Windows Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with ManageEngine or equivalent systems.
• Proficient with English language.
• Proficient with Lithuanian language.
• Basic knowledge of Linux server environments would be considered and advantage.
• Experience in Cyber security, Networking, Servers field would be considered and advantage.
• Knowledge of Scripting would be considered as an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2600 Eur—3000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
