JUNIOR IT ADMINISTRATOR • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Junior IT administrator to strengthen our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will ensure a smooth and secure functioning of all IT systems across the organization.

Our IT Administators are responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, managing system configurations, providing technical support, and implementing best practices for security and data integrity. With a proactive approach and deep technical expertise, the team enables our business to operate efficiently and reliably in a fast-paced digital environment.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and maintain employees’ workstations.
• Solve employees’ IT-related and equipment-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve other IT problems.
• Maintain, configure, and improve Microsoft Office 365, ManageEngine and Windows Active Directory.
• Consult on IT issues.
• Participate in IT projects — from planning to implementation.

What we expect of you:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively work in a team.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and computer hardware.
• Motivation to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Experience working with Active Directory, ManageEngine will be considered as an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~2000 Eur— 2500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
