JUNIOR NETWORKING AND IOT ENGINEER • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Junior Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical support team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers how to use our products within their solutions, and solve their challenges related to Teltonika Networks products, both in writing and during online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, and other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Play the role of a link between a customer and Teltonika Networks RnD regarding complex challenges.
• Gain hands-on experience with Linux-based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols, and occasionally 3rd party peripherals.

What we expect of you:

• Good communication skills and etiquette both in speaking and writing.
• Ability and motivation to help others.
• Basics in Computer Networking.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to form technical documentation.
• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education would be considered as an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service would be considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge or certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered as an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 14 Eur/h (~1840 Eur—2340 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
