We are looking for an Operational Marketing Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you’ll support global marketing initiatives for Teltonika’s networking solutions, helping to plan, execute, and coordinate marketing projects across various channels.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial-grade connectivity devices—routers, switches, gateways, and modems—that power smart cities, industrial automation, and sustainable energy infrastructures around the world.
This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to grow in a fast-paced international environment, gain hands-on experience with B2B technology marketing, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge networking products.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate product launches across internal stakeholders and marketing channels.
- Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) initiatives with global partners.
- Support and maintain the company’s presence on the Amazon platform.
- Create presentations for events, internal meetings, and sales teams.
- Oversee and regularly update product catalogs while consulting colleagues.
- Order and align translations for catalogs, datasheets, flyers, articles, and use cases.
- Create and adapt use cases to meet communication and market needs.
What we expect of you:
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with structured documentation and follow internal processes.
- Experience in preparing or adapting presentations using PowerPoint.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks at once.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon account maintenance.
- Experience working in B2B marketing.

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 14 Eur/h up to 17 Eur/h (~2240 Eur—~2720Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
