SECURITY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Security Compliance Specialist to strengthen our ambitious cyber security team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading Teltonika Networks solutions in the world and master your security industry knowledge.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:

• Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures related to internal security affairs and product development.
• Draft proposals and requirements to software development teams, influencing the cybersecurity direction of Teltonika Networks products and services.
• Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
• Track and ensure compliance with various cybersecurity laws and regulations.
• Review, ensure, and negotiate cybersecurity requirements for the supply of Teltonika Networks products and services.
• Conduct cybersecurity certification processes of Teltonika Networks products and services with certification companies.
• Respond to customer cybersecurity questionnaires and concerns related to Teltonika Networks products or services.
• Provide guidance and training to other departments on the cybersecurity subject.
• Track existing and newly emerging international cybersecurity standards.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity compliance, risk management or IT auditing.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity guidelines and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, CRA, RED, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of core cyber security principals, controls, risks and systems.
• Proven ability to draft, update or maintain organizational policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the English language with emphasis on regulatory terms.
• Appropriate technical education.
• Experience with security of embedded devices would be considered an advantage.
• Certificates that are associated with cyber security compliance, governance or risk management would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3340 Eur— 5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
