TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ENGINEER • NETWORKING SOLUTIONS

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Engineer to strengthen our ambitious technical documentation team in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your documentation management skills.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Teltonika provides every ambitious engineer in the technical documentation team with the opportunity to enhance their skills while managing production documentation and helping clients by creating custom order codes.

In this role, you will: 

• Coordinate custom order code requirements with the client, both in writing and during online meetings.
• Create the standard and custom product order codes.
• Coordinate customer-required changes between R&D and manufacturing engineers.
• Assist customers with device production documentation matters (e.g., measurements, weight, packaging materials, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation and management of product documentation for manufacturing.
• Perform updates in the production documentation system.
• Prepare the instructions required for production (e.g., packaging, assembly, etc.).
• Develop, coordinate, and update internal instructions and processes.

• Good communication skills and etiquette in both verbal and written communication in English and Lithuanian.
• Have basics of telecommunication systems and technologies.
• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and orientate quickly.
• Good computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Analytical thinking.
• Ability to work and make decisions both independently and in a team.
• Fast learning skills and a collaborative mindset.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1822 Eur - 2650 Eur) pre-tax.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
