BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST • TELEMATICS (THAILAND MARKET)

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work with the leading Telematics Solutions (GPS Trackers) in the world and master your B2B sales skills.    

We are open to experiences, curious about innovation, and creative individuals. If you are a motivated, well-organized, proactive personality, and have a passion for prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, then we are on the same way!  

In this role, you will lead client outreach efforts and support market expansion across the Thailand region.   
  

In this role, you will:  

• Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.  

• Lead outbound sales efforts to generate and qualify new business leads in the Thailand market.  

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.  

• Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.  

• You will serve as the representative of Teltonika Telematics in Thailand, driving brand presence and business growth.  

• Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements  
    

What we expect of you:  

• Proficiency in Thai (spoken and written) is mandatory for effective market engagement.  

• Good command of English (spoken and written) for internal communication and coordination.  

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience or demonstrated success in hunting roles is strongly preferred.  

• Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.  

• Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product.  

• Willingness to travel abroad.  

• Having valid work rights in Malaysia are preferred.
