We are looking for a talented Enterprise Sales Team Manager to join our Networks team in the UK.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.
As Enterprise Sales Team Manager, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Managers, equipping them with the tools, strategies, and support to unlock new opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
Combining hands-on leadership with strategic oversight – you will set clear objectives, coach for success, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. You will oversee the full sales process for the team and ensure operational excellence.
Leading by example, you will be leveraging your experience and insights to identify and engage with prospective key enterprise partners. Your success will come from building strong relationships and shaping high-value, tailored solutions that position Teltonika as the partner of choice.
In this role, you will:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, developing their skills and capabilities to unlock enterprise-level opportunities.
- Equip the team with proven techniques, tools and strategies that elevate performance and drive consistent success.
- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and results‑driven team culture where individuals feel empowered to excel and contribute to shared goals.
- Set clear objectives, review activity plans, and maintain ongoing visibility of performance to ensure strong execution and accountability.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and guidance in identifying high-value opportunities and shaping compelling commercial proposals.
- Champion continuous quarterly growth and lead by example, identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities to support the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Sales Operations & Client Relationships
- Oversee the sales process for all company products and services, ensuring smooth, efficient, and client-focused operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support the team to secure and grow high-value accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio, key features, and competitive advantages to strengthen commercial positioning.
- Contribute to market analysis, helping the team to uncover new opportunities and evolving client needs.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and responsibly, in line with our responsibilities as a UK business.
- Oversee client issues, ensuring prompt and professional responses that reflects a commitment to service excellence and delivers fair and effective resolutions.
- Represent the business at exhibitions, fairs, meetings, and other company events, showcasing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
CRM & Data Management (KVS)
- Ensure KVS is completed and updated in line with company rules, with accurate information.
- Oversee the quality and completeness of client profiles and activity logs entered by the team.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance across all entries.
Market & Competitor Insight
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activity to maintain clear view of the competitive landscape.
- Distil and communicate meaningful insights, trends, and opportunities, working with Sales Leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify and report new market demands, client requests, and opportunities for product enhancement or expansion to support ongoing growth.
Documentation, Payments & Reporting
- Ensure all required documents – sales, accounting, transport, and related reports – are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
- Monitor client payment terms and debtors, coordinating with the Accounting Team, supporting with recovering overdue payments or contractual breaches and investigate causes.
- Monitor at-risk accounts, taking mitigating action and escalating to Sales Leadership as necessary.
- Collect and organise daily sales-related information and provide reports upon request.
- Prepare business trip plans for approval and submit post-trip reporting.
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Line Manager.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Contribute as a key position within the UK management team and champion the country office.
- Work closely with internal global teams to stay informed about new technologies, products, upgrades, and unavailable items.
- Share insights from clients and markets that may influence product development or business decisions.
Compliance & Internal Procedures
- Comply with all applicable UK laws and company policies, partnering with internal stakeholders including Compliance, Finance, HR & Legal as necessary.
- Use internal systems correctly and consistently, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely shipment information that reflects our commitment to reliable service.
What we expect of you:
- A performance-driven sales leader with a track record of proven success in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in IoT hardware or industrial networking (industrial routers, networking devices, and / or connectivity devices).
- An experienced manager, communicator and coach – who inspires, motivates and develops others to reach their full potential.
- Skilled in leading outbound prospecting and driving lead generation, setting the standard for the team.
- Committed to consultative B2B sales – built on trust and respected long-term relationships.
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- A data-led decision maker who leverages CRM, pipeline and market insights to stay ahead.
- Proactive and self-motivated, always seeking new opportunities and taking decisive action.
- Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.

- A basic salary of £70,000.00, with access to a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
- Annual leave starting at 25 days per annum, plus public holidays. We are closed at Christmas.
