We are looking to recruit a talented Sales Group Manager - Telematics to join our UK business, operating out of our new office in Salford Quay Exchange, Manchester. This role is pivotal in supporting Teltonika to grow its Telematics market share in the UK and contributing to our revenue growth. 

 

 In this role you will: 

  • You will lead, teach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
  • Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization.
  • Organize and conduct training and support for sales team until representatives will be strong enough to play independently.
  • Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure order tracking and correction and coordinate technical inquiries.
  • Helping the Regional Sales Director and other assigned tasks.

   

What we expect from you: 

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of B2B experience managing Sales/Telemarketing Executives/Sales Executives/Business Development Managers activities in an outreach environment.

 

  • Have 3 years experience in leading and scalling a sales team, managing a minimum of 3 people across multiple locations.

 

  • People management experience (minimum 5 years demonstrable) understanding general tasks including time management, performance management, absence management, continuous professional development and appraisals.

 

  • People leadership experience (minimum 5 years demonstrable). You inspire, motivate, challenge and coach in equal measure.
  • An action and result oriented mindset, you make things happen.
  • Are results-focused individual with a proven track record.
  • Have strong presentation and business communcation skills.
  • Strong IT skills including woriking with CRM, Lead Generation Tools, MS365.
  • Hold a full  UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive base salary 60-70 K Pounds / year that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. We also have a competitive commission structure.
