We are looking for a Head of Sales Group • Networking Solutions to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Mexico City, Mexico. You will work with the leading networks solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
- Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Telematics;
- Execute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base;
- Direct and manage the performance and development of your team;
- Provide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are met;
- Be taking on the role as a playing coach in all sales processes until your sales team will be strong enough to play independently;
- Maintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly;
- Manage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realization;
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth;
- Ensure order tracking and correction;
- Coordinate technical inquiries.
What we expect of you:
- 2+ years Leadership experience to drive a sales team;
- Proven track record of sales achievements (B2B);
- Experience in building and motivating sales team;
- Results focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skills;
- Work experience with internal systems;
- Ability to analyze information, and make decisions independently;
- Good English language skills (written and oral).
