SALES MANAGER • NETWORKS

We're looking for a self-driven Sales Manager to develop and grow our IoT Networks business in Japan. You'll work independently to prospect, build client relationships, and expand Teltonika's market presence through strategic sales initiatives.

 

Teltonika’s Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity solutions, including routers, gateways, switches, and a remote management system. Our solutions empower clients in complex sectors like Industry 4.0, Energy & Utilities, Smart Cities, and Transportation to achieve digital and operational transformation.

 

In this Role, You Will:

  • Analyze the market to identify key stakeholders in the industrial IoT segment who can benefit from Teltonika’s cutting-edge networking solutions.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan driven by proactive lead generation.
  • Engage with clients to deeply understand their needs and influence their decision to partner with Teltonika.
  • Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize our CRM system to efficiently manage client relationships, track financial targets, and share information with internal stakeholders.

 

What We Expect of You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the IoT networks domain, including direct and/or partner channel sales.
  • Expert knowledge of the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure, utilizing CRM systems.
  • Proven success in outbound sales to accelerate business development.
  • Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Deep client and market insight, with an established network of key stakeholders in the industrial IoT market.
  • An open-minded, self-driven individual with a "can-do/will-do" attitude.
  • Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
