We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to work with global marketing strategy implementation in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and contribute to the development of Teltonika’s B2B marketing strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the operational marketing team to identify key industries and target segments for IoT solutions, and optimize marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Plan and manage participation in international trade shows, including budget planning and financial accountability.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity with the operational marketing team, and implement actionable plans based on insights.
- Oversee digital marketing automation across platforms like HubSpot, MailerLite, and Teltonika’s internal systems.
- Work closely with the design team to strengthen Teltonika’s brand positioning across all marketing channels.
What we expect of you:
- 3–5 years of proven B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in lead generation and sales enablement.
- Strategic knowledge of B2B marketing tactics and familiarity with leading marketing tools.
- Experience managing B2B marketing budgets over €1 million.
- Positive references or recommendations from previous employers or colleagues.
- Experience working with and managing outsourced marketing or creative agencies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing tools and tactics in a B2B environment.
- Ability to work on-site only.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 33 Eur/h pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
