We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (Med Tech devices) to join our growing Teltonika Telemedic team. We design and develop next-generation medical devices, and we also solve current healthcare challenges. We create and deliver smart solutions that are easily accessible to diverse communities, medical professionals and the elderly.
This role is pivotal and available at a brilliant time as we seek to increase our products in the European and American markets. Teltonika’s telemedicine business unit develops and produces innovative smart heart monitoring watches that allow users to perform a medical-grade electrocardiogram on the go, providing continuous heart rate monitoring and automatically detecting atrial fibrillations.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to market research, identifying target clients and their needs and finding opportunities for market growth.
- Build relationships with new clients through a range of business development methodologies including outbound calls, social media, emailing, events, networking, presentations and etc.
- Prepare commercial offers and oversee contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and business meetings abroad to promote our innovative telemedicine technology solutions.
- Provide regular reporting to the group sales function, ensuring continual updating of our internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support and R&D to ensure we achieve the best possible results for our clients.
What we expect of you:
- 5+ years of experience in business development including both sales to direct end clients, or via wholesale channels.
- Strong, professional communication and presentation skills, with excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (both written and spoken).
- A consultative approach to doing business, understanding the clients’ needs and pain points, with an ability to show how our solution will resolve both.
- A commercial ambition that matches our engineering ambition. Our factory will develop thousands of devices per month. We are ready for clients.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively.
- Experience in med tech space is considered an advantage.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~3330 Eur—4170 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
