CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

For 27 years, Teltonika has been one of the leading manufacturers of IoT solutions in the world, with sales offices in 27 countries and more than 3000 employees worldwide.

We are looking for a visionary CEO to develop a promising new profit center of the Teltonika IoT Group. This is a key leadership role that will shape the company’s future.

As a CEO, you will be responsible for setting the company‘s strategic direction, driving operational excellence and ensuring long-term success. You will work closely with leadership team at Teltonika IoT Group. 

We are at an exciting stage of our development, and we need a visionary data-driven and accountable leader to help drive our growth and success in the coming years. 

In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership and long-term vision to secure the success of the profit center.

• Develop and execute business strategies, plans, and growth initiatives, including product development and R&D improvements.
• Hold full P&L accountability, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring effective and efficient management.
• Monitor financial performance, risks, and mitigation plans to the Group Executive Team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a positive corporate culture aligned with company values.
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to market needs and competitive landscape.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including investors, clients, employees, and partners.

What we expect of you:

• Proven track record in business leadership, ideally as a CEO or senior executive, with experience in building and scaling successful organizations.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and managing multiple business functions, including technical support, administration, sales, and finance.
• Strong background in corporate governance, performance management, and strategic business development.
• Skilled in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and payroll.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong relationships at every level of the organization.
• Adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and driving sustainable growth in dynamic business environments.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 40 Eur/h up to  60 Eur/h (~6400 Eur – 10000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience. Additionally, there is the possibility of performance-based bonuses.

 *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
