We are looking for Chief of testing C group who will be responsible for overseeing three teams of QA engineers to ensure efficient and effective resolution of quality issues. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and contribute extensively to the quality and development solutions in a dynamic and collaborative team in Vilnius.

 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

As a member of a cross-functional team, your primary focus will be leading and empowering QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of Teltonika Telematics products, driving process improvements, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions across multiple projects.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, train, and mentor Team Leads to support their growth as managers and enable them to build strong, successful teams.
  • Assist the team in advising on technical and procedural issues and questions.
  • Plan resources and participate in the hiring process.
  • Measure team metrics and work to maintain and/or improve the KPI of your team.
  • Manage and monitor processes according to ISO standards.
  • Continuous feedback provision to the team and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless QA process across projects.

 

What we expect of you:

  • 2+ years’ experience managing a team.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, including time management, teamwork, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of testing.
  • Experience in implementing QA theories and testing methodologies. Ability to plan, adapt and manage team tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and tools.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to formulate proposals, insights and solutions.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~~3300 Eur—5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
