FINANCIAL ANALYST • ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING

We are currently inviting an ambitious Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika EMS team (Electronics manufacturing business).

In this role you will:

• Prepare, develop and manage various management and financial performance reports for different project and business activities;
• Support month-end closing activities, management reporting;
• Actively involve in preparation and control of annual budget;
• Analyze financial data and variances to provide actionable insights to improve business performance;
• Partner with business units in building financial models to assess financial feasibility of projects and initiatives, ensure further performance tracking;
• Provide support related to financial matters for other departments;
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis.

What we expect of you:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, control, FP&A or corporate finance, or other similar fields;
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline (certification or participation in Master’s / CFA / ACCA is a plus);
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and project valuation skills;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Hands-on experience in developing PowerBI reports would be considered as an advantage;
• Orientation to result and willingness to growth;
• Analytical and innovative mindset with the ability to creatively use data in decision-making;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (2520 Eur – 4200 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
