FRONT-END DEVELOPER • TELEMATICS

We are expanding our development team and looking for a talented Mid Front-End Developer. As a member of our team that develops and maintains a hybrid (desktop and web) vehicle tracking devices configuration application Telematics Configuration Tool (TCT) you will help our customers across the world to configure our devices.

In this role, you will: 

• Design and development of responsive and user-friendly web applications using React. 

• Collaborate with product managers and back-end developers to deliver a cohesive product. 

• Write high quality, clean and maintainable code, conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards. 

• Design and implement testing strategies to ensure product performance and reliability. 

• Improve the software development process and practices. 

• Investigate and resolve software issues. 

• Assist team members to achieve common goals. 

• Work independently and within an Agile Scrum team. 

What we expect of you: 

• 3+ years of experience with React: a strong understanding of component-based architecture and best practices in React. 

• Up to date knowledge of current Web UI best practices and usability concepts. 

• Experience with front-end architecture, packing, best practices, dev process. 

• Understanding REST API concepts. 

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows. 

• Experience of writing Unit and Integration tests. 

• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset. 

• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, spoken and written. 

• An independent and responsible individual, who doesn’t need to be asked twice to speak their mind. 

• Willingness to mentor and support junior developers. 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

• TypeScript: Proficient in TypeScript for writing type-safe and maintainable code. 

• Experience in working with designs in Figma. 

• Experience with Material-UI (MUI) component library. 

• Knowledge of real-time web technologies (WebSockets, SignalR). 

• Experience with modern build tools (Vite preferred). 

• Familiarity with map libraries (Leaflet, MapBox, or similar). 

• Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest/Jest).

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and the experiences, so we offer attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 22 EUR/h up to 27 Eur/h (~3640– 4470 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get quarterly bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
