We are looking for a Head of Process Engineering group to strengthen our ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania. 

Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product.

 

In this role, you will:

 

Take full ownership of the processes within your scope by monitoring all key parameters to ensure products are produced within the target cycle time and meet quality standards.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of process engineers to achieve performance and professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, problem-solving, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Oversee the deployment and validation of manufacturing processes for new product introductions and engineering changes.
  • Ensure the improvement process OEE and capability (Cp, Cpk) using statistical tools and data analysis.
  • Ensure that all production processes meet quality, efficiency, and cost targets, and comply with industry standards.
  • Define and prioritize improvement initiatives across production areas, applying Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • Act as a key point of contact between engineering, production, maintenance, and quality to ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead the implementation of new process technologies and equipment to enhance production performance.

 

What we expect of you:

 

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within process engineering in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
  • Strong background in SMT, THT, and/or mechanical assembly processes.
  • Solid knowledge of SPC, MSA, process capability analysis (Cp, Cpk).
  • Hands-on experience with Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Poka-Yoke, standard work) and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills based on data.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a high-mix, low-volume production environment.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills — able to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
  • Skills in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools or MES systems.
  • English language skills at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience working with regulated industry standards such as automotive (IATF 16949), medical (ISO 13485), or military (e.g., AS9100) is considered an asset.

Salary:

 

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractivesalary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 24 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~4032 Eur – 5040 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
