HEAD OF PRODUCTS COMPLIANCE • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Head of Products Compliance to take ownership of products certification, compliance, and quality processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet global regulatory and quality requirements, avoiding delays, and enabling smooth market entry for new and existing products.

 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Certificates such as CE, FCC, E-mark, Anatel, and AT&T/Verizon approvals are essential to keep our products in the market.

 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for managing certification, product compliance, and quality processes
  • Ensure that the team’s activities are carried out on time, accurately and in accordance with company standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and initiate actions to ensure products compliance.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between different units (regional offices, factory, R&D, technical support) to align requirements with business goals.
  • Implements new or improve existing processes to optimize department performance.
  • Lead communication with certification laboratories.
  • Take an active role in patent-related coordination when required.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Higher education in electronics, telecommunications, metrology, or a related engineering field.
  • Good understanding of global certifications marks and standards (CE, FCC, RCM, ATEX, etc.) and applicable directives (RED, EMC, LVD).
  • At least 2 years of experience in certification, product compliance, or a similar role.
  • Have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Have ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Have proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Have experience in providing constructive feedback and career development support.
  • Proactive communication skills to keep all parties informed and aligned.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both spoken and written).

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~3300 Eur—5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

 

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
