  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and support units to ensure accurate, high-quality training delivery.

What we expect of you:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven experience in knowledge transfer, training, or instructional design in a technical field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and respond to training needs based on data.
  • Experience working with learning management systems (preferably SAP) and knowledge-sharing tools.
  • Confidence in leading live technical training sessions, both online and in person.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Background in IoT, industrial devices, or embedded systems.
  • Understanding of digital/analog I/O concepts and device integration is an advantage.

What we offer:

  • Great opportunities to grow in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
  • Interesting and ambitious projects of industrial GPS tracking devices.
  • Place where curiosity is key: here, we share knowledge and learn in training courses, conferences or business trips.
  • Dynamic, challenging work environment and cooperation-based internal culture.
  • Care about your emotional and physical well-being by offering flexible work schedules, hybrid work opportunities, the ability to work remotely, and health insurance.
  • Company-paid sports activities (basketball, football, volleyball, yoga) and other sports events.
  • Celebrating achievements and having fun together in team building, summer festivals, and other important occasions.
  • Opportunity for solid bonuses when participating in the recommendation program.
  • We delight with birthday and Christmas gifts and rewards on work anniversaries.
  • Office snacks.
