PRODUCT OWNER/ PROJECT MANAGER (VIDEO PROGRAM) • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a Product Owner/ Project Manager to strengthen our ambitious Video Telematics program. You will lead a Video Telematics products portfolio such as cameras dedicated for Automotive video solutions like DashCam, DMS and ADAS. You will work in cross-functional team with already experienced in this field ESD Team Lead and Product Coordinator to catch up the market demand and translate it into products clients truly need.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.
Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Product Owner/ Project Manager to improve their skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, enhance and optimize Video program.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and scaling of a new portfolio of Video Telematics devices globally.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement value-generating solutions based on data and customer feedback.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap using BigPicture.
- Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers, with partial involvement of software engineers, to ensure effective delivery of product increments.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners and Portfolio Manager for planning and ensuring the effective delivery of the product increment.
- Sometimes to be a high-level Sales “support” when Projects become really big.
What we expect of you:
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both spoken and written).
- 3+ years of Product Ownership experience, preferably in technology, IoT, or related industries.
- Proven experience in building successful products driven by actionable data and customer insights.
- Strong knowledge of product and project management principles.
- Proficiency in Jira (Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Understanding about Video Telematics or Automotive industries is a strong advantage.
- Experience with electronics and hardware is considered a bonus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Ability to present your program from both technical and business perspectives, including public presentations on the stage in front of 100 people.
- Negotiation experience will be considered an advantage.
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language (additional languages are an advantage).

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 30 Eur/h (~ 3300 Eur— 5000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
