SENIOR IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) ENGINEER • TELTONIKA IOT GROUP

We are looking for a Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen our IT systems development team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika IoT Group companies.

The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.

In this role, you will:

• Perform administration and development of identity infrastructure (identity and access management, privileged access management, certificate-based authentication, conditional access policies, authentication scenarios, role and policy-based access models).
• Design, implement, and maintain Hybrid Active Directory environments, including on-prem AD, Azure AD / EntraID.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms, including MFA, SSO, conditional access, certificate-based authentication, and PKI integration where applicable.
• Support and troubleshoot cross-platform integration of identity services (e.g., macOS and Linux clients in a Hybrid AD environment).
• Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure identity services comply with enterprise security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Execute regular review of access policies, security events related to IAM.
• Participate in analysis and resolution of incidents and service disruptions, coordination with vendors and internal teams in case of escalations.
• Do preparation of documentation, guidelines, and best practices in the areas of IAM.
• Will be participating in projects involving the implementation of new security or cloud solutions, upgrades, and automation tasks.

What we expect of you:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the field of systems administration implementing or maintaining IAM / PAM / PIM / PKI or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience managing Hybrid Active Directory environments, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, MFA, SSO, conditional access, PKI/certificate-based authentication, and cross-platform integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and authorization protocols, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Kerberos, certificate-based authentication, and token-based mechanisms such as JWT for IAM.
• Experience in interacting with internal users and external vendors.
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written).

Ideally, you would also have: 

• Work experience with hybrid IT infrastructures (on-premises + cloud).
• Scripting and automation skills.
• Experience working with monitoring and log analysis tools (Azure Monitor, Zabbix, Sentinel, Splunk, etc.).
• Ability to perform API-based integrations (REST, Webhooks).
• Knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL) and ITIL Foundation certificate.
• Certificate of Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
• Certificate of Security Administrator Associate.
• Certificate of Azure Administrator Associate.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position starts from 35 Eur/h (~5836 Eur) to 45 Eur/h (7503) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
