SENIOR SOFTWARE SYSTEMS ENGINEER • TELTONIKA IOT GROUP

We are looking for a senior Software System Engineer to strengthen our IT systems development team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika IoT Group companies.
The headquarters, run by the parent company Teltonika IoT Group, coordinates the activities of Lithuanian high-tech companies operating under the brand name of Teltonika as well as all the representative offices of Teltonika around the world.
In this role, you will:
- Administrate and maintain Atlassian platform and its products.
- Manage user account and licenses, configure access rights (roles, groups, access levels) according to internal rules.
- Implement configuration changes (workflows, fields, templates, integration settings), considering the needs of business units.
- Test new features, evaluate functional changes, plan and implement updates. Consult internal users (acting as level 3 support) - how to use the tools, what are the possible solutions. Prepare documentation and write instructions.
- Collaborate with other structural units to analize, evaluate and implement complex solutions on incorporating Atlassian products to work together with orher IT systems.
What we expect of you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, System Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Atlassian products as an Administrator or Support Engineer.
- Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (both spoken and written).
- To be familiar with MSSQL, ORM (Entity Framework) and SQL.
- Experience in integrating software repository tools into Atlassian ecosystem.
- Experience in performing systems configuration or integrations, ability to make configuration changes, adapting solutions to business needs (workflows, schemas, permissions, fields).
- Understanding of IT user and license management (RBAC, SSO integrations, user lifecycle).
- Experience in interacting with internal users and external vendors
Ideally, you would also have:
- Experience working with application monitoring and log analysis tools (e.g. Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, Azure Monitor).
- Ability to perform API-based integrations (REST, Webhooks).
- Understanding of Windows Server and Linux OS administration principles.
- Ability to write scripts (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate task and streamline workflows.
- Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) administrator certificate
- ITIL Foundation certificate.
- Project management trainings.

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position starts from 35 Eur/h (~5836 Eur) to 45 Eur/h (7503) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
