UX/UI DESIGNER • TELEMATICS

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing telematics systems for our products, thereby providing the best possible experience for our customers.

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious UX/UI Designer to improve their design skills and create intuitive interfaces that form a positive telematics customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with a team, exchanging feedback to foster continuous growth and elevate the quality of our solutions.
• Act as UX/UI Designer in assigned product lines.
• Make clear design flows and intuitive prototypes to achieve the most suitable solution.
• Maintain and improve component-based design system.
• Conduct usability tests to assess and validate design ideas based on user interaction feedback.
• Keep up with current design trends, techniques, and technological developments.
  
  

What we expect of you:

• At least 2 years of experience with user interface design & interaction design.
• Follow company brandbook design rules when completing graphical tasks.
• Experience in designing software web and mobile apps.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience working with Figma (auto-layout, components, use of libraries, prototypes).
• Good English language skills (both spoken and written).
• Know how to validate design ideas quickly and efficiently using moderated or unmoderated research methods.
• Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to changing environment.
• See feedback as the fastest way to grow as a professional and as a person.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 16 Eur/h up to 22 Eur/h (~2630 Eur—3690 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
