.NET DEVELOPER • TELEMATICS

We are expanding our development team and looking for a talented Senior/Mid .NET Developer. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will develop a hybrid (cloud and on-premises) vehicle tracking device management system that serves millions of IoT devices daily. Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop high performance scalable and reliable software.
• Write high quality, clean, and maintainable code.
• Test and debug software.
• Investigate and resolve software issues.
• Monitor and analyze software performance, also search for ways to optimize it.
• Assist team members to achieve common goals.
• Collaborate with other departments in analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex solutions.
• Work independently and within an Agile Scrum team.
• Participate in architectural decisions splitting cloud application to hybrid application (cloud + on premises).

What we expect of you:

• Staying up to date with the latest .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and other .NET technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL or other relational databases and ORM tools like Entity Framework Core.
• Ability to design and build RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience of writing Unit and Integration tests.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to mentor and support junior developers.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing highly scalable systems.
• Expertise in utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with Docker/Podman containerization technologies.
• Experience working with Sentry, Elasticsearch, Kibana, or similar log management tools.
• Understanding of low-level TCP and UDP communication protocols.
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise alternatives for virtual machines, distributed cache, message queue, blob file storage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and the experiences, so we offer attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 27 EUR/h up to 33 Eur/h (~4300 – 5460 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get quarterly bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
