We are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Manager to join Teltonika‘s growing team in Warsaw, Poland. The main goal of this mandate is for an independent self-driven professional to distribute the products of Teltonika Telemedic in Poland, to nurture new business relationships and grow revenue stream in the region.
Teltonika’s telemedicine business unit design and develop unique next-generation wearable medical devices. TeltoHeart, our smart wearable heart monitor is distributed to private clinics, public hospitals, medical partners and pharmacies globally. We operate exclusively a B2B business and are looking for a professional with B2B sales / business development experience.
The TeltoHeart smart wristband allows doctors and patients to perform a 6-lead electrocardiogram on-the-go, delivers continuous heart rate monitoring and helps automatically detect heart arhythmias.

In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Head of Sales for the European continent to:
- Identify core market potential in Poland and create strategy to win key market players in Medical Device space
- Shape and implement a distribution strategy for introducing wearable medical devices across different client segments in Poland
- Prospect, present and build business relationships with new customers throughout the region, setting priorities based on client potential
- Prepare and present commercial offers to potential clients to achieve commercial goals
- Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements
- Travel within Poland to develop client contacts and partnerships
What we expect of you:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in a comparable role
- Native or highly fluent Polish language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written)
- Ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering new markets with innovative technology solutions
- Organized and results-oriented approach, a challenge-driven personality
- Strong presentation and business communication skills
- Driving license
- Experience in med-tech space is not a requirement, but is considered an advantage
