HR BUSINESS PARTNER • TLT ELECTRONICS

We are currently inviting a HR Business Partner to join our growing regional team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct recruitment both in Lithuania and internationally, with a strong emphasis on IT/sales roles and international positions requiring foreign language skills – in the early growing stage of the company, recruitment will be your primary responsibility.
• Be a strategic partner: work closely with the regional leadership team to translate business priorities into impactful people strategies.
• Provide expert guidance in workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and compensation.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor—coaching, challenging, and guiding them toward strong, data-informed hiring decisions.
• Touch on our culture, employer branding, leadership and development initiatives.

What we expect of you:

• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Technical recruiting experience in international environments.
• Ability to deeply understand business needs and demonstrate how strong talent engagement drives performance.
• Creative and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Skills at developing clear, actionable plans aligned with business and talent strategies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from ranges 22 Eur/h up to 26 Eur/h (3696Eur - 4368Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
