LOGISTIC ASSISTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our team in Bogotá-Colombia. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and possess a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices in Colombia.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for logistics activities, including import, storage, inventory, and dispatch of products to clients
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products are delivered efficiently and according to our client needs
- Preparation of orders and delivery coordination according to the requirements
- Coordinate logistics activities with import/export logistics operators
- Improve the logistic processes and procedures, according to the company’s guidelines
- Support with invoicing and quotation processes
- Prepare and analyze information to prepare reports as required
What we expect of you:
- Have technical or university education in logistics, administration, or related fields
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in logistics
- Have experience with invoicing, inventory, warehouse, import and export
- Have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with ERP for logistics
- Previously worked in an international company with the HQ Office located in another country/continent
- Good English level is a plus for the position.
