We are looking to recruit a talented Financial Assistant to join our UK business, operating out of our brand-new office in Salford Exchange Quay, Manchester. This role is pivotal to enabling Teltonika to grow our presence in UK, through developing and implementing a new financial accounting, monitoring and reporting function.
In this role you will:
- Generating sales invoicing for our clients and updating our internal systems
- Reconciling cost payments
- Communicating and reconciling bank transactions
- Supporting the Financial Controller in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting to the CEO and our Group in Lithuania
- Processing employee expenses
- Payment processing
- Compiling information for payroll and commission calculations
- Support the Financial Controller with any other tasks as required
We believe that you have:
- Able to travel to the office each day in Salford, working 5 days per week
- Experience of working within a finance/accounts department
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Xero or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Basic knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, including in-person, on the phone and on email.
