BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER • PLASTICS MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing TLT Mechanics international Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This team will focus on plastic injection molding services across the Baltic countries.

 

Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonika’s devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product offering wide portfolio of Electronics Manufacturing Services and constantly expanding our capacities.
 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients in the Baltic countries through daily communication, calls, presentations, frequent visits, and business case analysis.
  • Build a client onboarding strategy and identify key opportunities to expand our plastic injection molding services.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contract fulfillment to meet sales targets.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and business meetings abroad and within the Baltic region to promote our plastic injection molding solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients, understand their needs, and explore market growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and product specialists to address customer requirements effectively.
  • Work with the internal Customer Relationship Management system to process client information and track interactions.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development with international industrial clients (experience in contract manufacturing or service-based industries is a plus).
  • Proven track record of closing large-scale deals (500k EUR and above).
  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for business (meeting prospects, presenting the company, and negotiating contracts).
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively.

The salary for this position ranges from ranges 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~ 3320 eur - 4150 Eur)  pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
