B2B SALES MANAGER • TELEMATICS
We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Thailand, with a focus on expanding Teltonika’s telematics footprint across Thailand. As a Sales, you’ll represent some of the world’s leading telematics solutions in fleet vehicle management, connecting with top clients across the system integration companies, logistic, agriculture, car-sharing, and construction sectors in Thailand to meet their GPS tracking and telematics needs.
Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
- Drive sales in new markets within Thailand by conducting market analysis, targeting System Integration companies, and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from Teltonika’s cutting-edge telematics solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks to establish strong relationships and grow the business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Thailand through regular communication, presentations, and client visits.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts to meet assigned sales goals for Thailand telematics market.
What we expect of you:
- Strong ability to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. You are driven to seek out and engage new prospects using various methods, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and other lead generation tactics.
- Fluency in both English and Thai (spoken and written) is essential, as these will be your primary working languages for communication and negotiations.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in selling to the System Integration industry or within telematics, IoT, or technology sectors.
- Experienced in Using CRM Systems, efficiently managing and inputting large volumes of detailed information to ensure accurate and organized sales data tracking.
