Currently, we are inviting an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our growing South America Sales team in Bogotá-Colombia to work with EV Charging portfolio oriented to B2B market needs in the local region.
We are excited to invite a driven and ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our expanding South America Sales team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will focus on our EV Charging portfolio, tailored to meet the specific needs of the local B2B market.
Teltonika’s EV charging business unit develops smart and customizable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption as charging needs evolve.
In this role, you will
- Conducting market research, including identifying target clients and their needs, finding opportunities for market growth
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with new clients through daily contact cold calling, making presentations, frequent visits, and business case analysis
- Developing and presenting commercial offers and ensuring contracts to achieve assigned sales development goals
- Attending exhibitions and meetings within the country to represent Teltonika and its products and solutions
- Collaborating closely with the technical support department and product managers to address customer requirements effectively.
- Utilizing the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to process and manage client information accurately.
What we expect of you
- Have a minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience in a comparable role within the tech products market (EV chargers, solar, inverter systems, heat pumps, HVAC systems, etc.)
- Strong cold-calling expertise, pipeline generation, and proactive client search skills
- Experience and knowledge in handling business presentations and leading meetings with clients
- Previous work experience under KPIs, deadlines, ability to deliver results, and handle different ongoing projects at a time.
- Have excellent English language skills (both spoken and written), at least B2.
- Have an organized and results-oriented approach, challenge-driven personality
- Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering Colombia's market with an innovative product from Lithuania
- Bachelor‘s or a higher degree of Education, preferably, related to commercial/business
