During 25 years of activity in the IoT market, Teltonika has become one of the leading manufacturers of IoT solutions in the world, with offices in 19 countries and with more than 2,300 employees worldwide. Teltonika started actively opening offices and developing businesses in LATAM back in 2018. Today we have offices in Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Colombia and Peru; our remote teams work with many other markets in this region. Our goal is to develop B2B partnerships by selling different IoT products from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions.

Teltonika de Colombia is a local branch of a multi-national European company Teltonika IoT Group, with almost 25 years of experience in the European markets, nowadays rapidly expanding with offices and remote teams across other regions, including LATAM.


Currently, we are looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our Team in Bogota-Colombia. In this position, you will belong to Teltonika Networks Sales Team, and focus on selling Networks products such as but not limited to industrial routers, gateways, switches, and ethernet solutions.

  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads;
  • Reaching out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication;
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals;
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits;
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions;
  • Work with a CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices;




  • Have good understanding of B2B client relations, experience in commercial negotiations, cold calling;
  • Have an organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality;
  • Are ambitious to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with an innovative product from Lithuania.
  • Good in English (Written and oral)




  • Previous work experience selling Networks products;
  • Hands-on work experience and a successful track of closed deals in the B2B market.
