LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our ambitious Backoffice team in Casablanca, Morocco. You will work with the leading innovative solutions in the world and strengthen your skills.

In this role, you will:

  • Initiate merchandise pick-up procedures from Lithuania and our warehouses.
  • Comprehensive shipment tracking, from pick-up to final delivery to the customer.
  • Real-time updates on the LZ platform for each stage of the process.
  • Handle import and export customs formalities (declarations, accompanying documents, etc.).
  • Thoroughly verify all documents before sending them to forwarders and carriers.
  • Manage supplier relationships at the service level.
  • Ensure price and document compliance (certificates, invoices) with customer requests.
  • Promptly respond to commercial quotation requests.
  • Update the LZ database with all relevant information (invoices, packing lists, AWB, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports and track discrepancies.
  • Transmit supplier invoices to the finance department and monitor their payment.
  • Invoice LZ orders in the Sage system.
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to keep them informed of the progress of their orders.
  • Daily reporting to the logistics manager on the status of files and deliveries.

 

What we expect of you:

  • A dynamic and results-oriented individual with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in international trade.
  • Native-level fluency in both French and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of handling complex data analysis.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
