Teltonika started actively opening offices and developing businesses in LATAM back in 2018. Today we have offices in Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Colombia and Peru; our remote teams work with many other markets in this region. Our goal is to develop B2B partnerships by selling different IoT products from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions.

Currently, Teltonika de Mexico is looking for an ambitious B2B Sales Representative to join our Mexico City office. In this position, you will belong to Networks Sales team, and focus on selling Networking products, such as but not limited to industrial routers, gateways, ethernet solutions oriented to B2B market needs.

As a B2B sales representative, you will be responsible for supporting the full cycle sales in the Mexican market.




•  Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads

•Raching out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication

•Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals

• Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits

• Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions

•Work with a CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices




•  Are customer focused with high motivation to work in B2B sales

•  Have successful experience in customer service and/or experience in active sales

• Are an organized and results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality

• Have excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

• Are eager to learn and develop

• Have the ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with an innovative product from Lithuania

• Are willing to travel abroad (when circumstances allow)

•  English language (at least basics level)




• Previous work experience selling similar products

•  Hands-on work experience and a successful track of closed deals in the B2B market




• Payroll: a competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market; local Contract; Uncapped commission system;

• Workweek: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free;

• Training: onboarding on Teltonika‘s internal systems, Sales process, product related topics; providing constant necessary materials, assigning progress-check up tests and giving you a continous feedback to unlock more of your potential.
