Currently, we are inviting a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our office in Dallas, Texas.

In this role, you will:
· Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika’s IoT goals and growth objectives.
· Conduct full-cycle recruitment to hire top talent for our growing teams in 7 locations (Toronto, Dallas, Lima, Santiago, Colombia, Mexico City, São Paulo).
· Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
· Identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition across Americas and integrate them into global processes.
· Continuously analyze and improve recruitment workflows and practices to meet growth targets.
· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation—in line with global policies.
· Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
· Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience while promoting our employee value proposition.
· Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights and reports.
What we expect of you:
· 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
· 1+ year of leadership experience (leading a remote team is an advantage).
· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
· Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
· Full professional fluency in English.
