For over 27 years, Teltonika has been a leading manufacturer of IoT solutions worldwide, with offices in more than 26 countries and over 2,500 employees. As we expand our global production capabilities, we are setting up a new manufacturing facility in Vietnam. To support this milestone, we are looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist to build our local team and lead recruitment efforts on the ground.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Teltonika journey from day one: driving recruitment strategy, helping shape our local workforce, and playing a key role in establishing a strong HR foundation.
In this role you will:
Talent Acquisition (Core focus):

Lead end-to-end recruitment for our Vietnam manufacturing plant, covering roles across production, engineering, administration, and management.

Develop effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local channels.

Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates in line with Teltonika’s values and role requirements.

Coordinate and support hiring managers through the interview and selection process.

Manage offer letters, negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate onboarding experience.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
General HR & Administrative Responsibilities:

Support HR administrative tasks such as managing contracts, leave records, sick days, and personnel files.

Maintain accurate employee records in the HRM system (SAP SuccessFactors).

Help coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and probation plans in collaboration with local and HQ teams.

Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and internal HR policies.

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support daily HR operations.

Contribute to a positive and engaging company culture as we scale the local team.
What we expect of you:

Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing or tech environment, hiring blue collar staff.

Strong understanding of local recruitment landscape and best sourcing practices.

Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations.

Fluent in Vietnamese and confident in English (minimum B2 level).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is an advantage.
