We are looking for a Logistics Assistant & Warehouse Staff to boost our ambitious Backoffice team in Istanbul, Turkiye. You will collaborate with top-tier solutions and enhance your skills in the field.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the Logistics Coordinator to Initiate merchandise pick-up procedures from Lithuania to our warehouses.
• Comprehensive shipment tracking, from pick-up to final delivery to the customer.
• Organize the shipped products meticulously within the warehouse.
• Daily reporting to the Logistics Coordinator on the status of files and deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales managers to keep them updated of the progress of their orders.
• Real-time updates on our database for each stage of the process.
• Handle import and export customs formalities (declarations, accompanying documents, etc.).
• Promptly respond to commercial quotation requests.
• Update the Teltonika database with all relevant information (invoices, packing lists tc.).

What we expect of you:

• A proactive and results-driven individual with at least one year of experience in international trade or a warehouse setting.
• Able to fit in flexible working hours (especially during the shipment days).
•  Conversational proficiency in English.
•  Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage complex data analysis tasks.
•  Open to learn new software tools.
•  Demonstrates excellent organizational abilities.
