ENTERPRISE SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a Enterprise Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will drive high-value sales opportunities and engage with large enterprise clients across various industries. You will represent one of the world’s leading telematics solutions and sharpen your strategic sales capabilities.
Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and manufactures easy-to-use GPS tracking devices designed to enhance fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and other industries. By utilizing the latest technologies, we consistently set new standards in the telematics space.

In this role, you will:
- Lead enterprise-level sales efforts by identifying and pursuing high-value business opportunities.
- Drive new customer acquisition through strategic outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting).
- Develop tailored commercial proposals and close contracts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key enterprise accounts through regular communication and meetings.
- Represent Teltonika at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings—both locally and internationally.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists and technical support teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
What we expect of you:
- Professional fluency in English (spoken and written) as it is the primary language of business.
- A strong "hunter" mentality with proven experience in identifying and converting large-scale enterprise clients.
- A minimum of 4 years of success in B2B or enterprise sales, with demonstrable achievements.
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and client relationships.
- A well-organized, target-driven personality who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
