Currently, we are inviting applications from recruiters with exposure hiring across the African continent to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Johannesburg, South Africa.

 

The TA Specialist will be collaborate with our stakeholders in the capacity of a subject matter expert who continuously drives improvement in our hiring process and methodology.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

  • Working with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in South Africa, Morocco, Kenya and other African continent countries
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
  • Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Focus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhunting
  • Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct trainings for new Hiring Managers
  • Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
  • Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefits
  • Contribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the office

 

 

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • Have 4+ years of recruitment and headhunting experience (both, agency and inhouse) with proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and able to source and identify high-calibre talent in competitive job markets
  • Demonstrate willingness to step outside of comfort zone and develop new methods and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovation and create talent pipelines across the continent
  • Have experience hunting for sales, business development and marketing positions, as this will be the main focus area (it’s a big plus)
  • Have excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher level)
  • Are a good negotiator and have good critical thinking
  • Have solid knowledge of the Africa job market, talent acquisition, and headhunting channels.
  • Have 4-6 years’ experience working as an internal TA Specialist recruiting B2B sales professionals  
  • Have the ability to prioritise and work, with little supervision and be motivated to provide continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Are reliable and punctual.
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Are proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Hold a Bachelor’s qualification in office administration or relevant field.
