Currently, we are inviting an ambitious Junior Compliance Engineer to join our growing R&D in Kaunas, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in IoT sector by quickly and effectively responding to changing market needs and offers reliable, safe and easy-to-use solutions for such areas as Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

  • Measure electrical parameters of the products being developed
  • Perform tests in accordance with the requirements of standards and other normative documents
  • Solve Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) issues
  • Prepare internal test reports, and maintain documentation
  • Support and consult product developers, analyse and select standards, directives and other regulatory documents applicable to electronic devices
  • Cooperate with accredited laboratories, scientific laboratories, certifying companies, market surveillance authorities
  • Work under compliance with scheduled deadlines




  • Have higher education in electronics/telecommunications engineering/metrology (might be last year student)
  • Have basic knowledge of metrology
  • Have basic knowledge of schematics
  • Have good MS Office skills
  • Are fluent in English (reading and writing)
  • Are responsible, proactive, logical and result-oriented person



  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) knowledge
  • Experience with measuring equipment (spectrum analyzer, vector network analyzer)






We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges 9 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1490 Eur - 2650 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.


*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
